Brian M. Deevy
Director
Brian M. Deevy – is a director of Atlanta Braves Holdings, Inc. and has been a director of Liberty Media Corporation since June 2015. He previously served as the head of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Capital Markets’ Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME) Group. Mr. Deevy was responsible for strategic development of the CME Group’s business, which included mergers & acquisitions, private equity and debt capital formation, and financial advisory engagements. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Daniels & Associates, the investment banking firm that provided financial advisory services to the communications industry until it was acquired by RBC in 2007. Prior to joining Daniels & Associates, RBC Daniels’ predecessor, Mr. Deevy was with Continental Illinois National Bank. Mr. Deevy has served as a director of the Daniels Fund since 2003, and a Director of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Foundation from 2016 to 2024.
Mr. Deevy earned a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth.
Wonya Y. Lucas

Wonya Lucas – currently serves as a director of Comcast Corporation and Inspire Brands. Ms. Lucas previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hallmark Media from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that Ms. Lucas served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Public Broadcasting Atlanta, President of Lucas Strategic Consultants LLC, and President and Chief Executive Officer of TV One. She has held various executive positions at Discovery Communications, Inc., The Weather Channel Companies and Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. Ms. Lucas also previously served as a director of E.W. Scripps Company from 2019 until 2022, J.C. Penney Company, Inc. from 2017 until 2020, and Vice Chair of National Public Radio from May 2017 until August 2020.
Terence McGuirk
Director
Terry McGuirk – is Chairman & CEO of Braves Holdings, LLC, the parent company of the Atlanta Braves and Braves Development Company. In his role as Chairman and Control Person of the Atlanta Braves, McGuirk maintains executive oversight of all aspects of the Braves franchise including all team and player personnel operations, business operations, Truist Park and representation of the Braves at Major League Baseball ownership meetings. McGuirk is also the Chairman of Braves Development Company, the Braves real estate development project that owns and operates The Battery Atlanta mixed-use development adjacent to Truist Park. In 2021, McGuirk oversaw the holistic organizational efforts that culminated in the Braves' fourth World Series title.
McGuirk previously spent 35 years at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS). He was elected to the TBS, Inc. board of directors in July 1987. Concurrently, McGuirk was president of Turner Sports where, during his tenure, he was instrumental in securing coverage of the Olympics for cable television for the first time and oversaw the resurgence of the winningest team in baseball, the Atlanta Braves. As executive vice president, McGuirk served as TBS, Inc.’s second in command from 1991 to 1996. When TBS, Inc. merged with Time Warner Inc. in 1996, he succeeded R.E. (Ted) Turner as chairman, president and CEO.
He served as chairman and chief executive officer of the company until March 2001. From that point through December 2003, McGuirk was vice chairman of Turner Broadcasting System Inc., along with being chief executive officer of the company owned Atlanta sports teams, including the Major League Baseball Braves, the National Basketball Association Hawks and the National Hockey League Thrashers.
McGuirk has served on the board of many cable industry-related groups and the International Olympic Committee’s Radio and Television Commission. He was the 1989 recipient of the NCTA Vanguard Award for Young Leadership and was inducted into the fellowship of Cable Television Pioneers at the 1996 NCTA Convention.
McGuirk is a graduate of Portsmouth Abbey School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American history from Middlebury College.
McGuirk is on the MLB Executive Council and is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Major League Baseball's Business and Media Committee, the successor to MLB Advanced Media (MLBAM). He also serves on the MLB Ownership Committee. McGuirk is the chairman of the newly formed Major League Baseball Media Committee.
Diana M. Murphy

Diana Murphy – has served as the Managing Director at private equity firm Rocksolid Holdings, LLC since 2007. She also serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Landstar System, Inc., as a director of Synovus Financial Corp., American International Group, Inc., Boys and Girls Clubs of Southeast Georgia, and First Tee of Southeast Georgia and on the Executive Committee of the College of Coastal Georgia Foundation.
Ms. Murphy previously held various management positions at Tribune Media Company from 1979 until 1992, including as Senior Vice President, and at The Baltimore Sun Company from 1992 to 1995. She also previously served as Managing Director of Chartwell Capital Management, Inc., Managing Director of the Georgia Research Alliance Venture Fund, the President of the United States Golf Association from 2016 until 2018, and director of CTS Corporation.
